Editor’s Note: This issue is a book review/commentary of Angela Davis’ book, Freedom is a Constant Struggle: Ferguson, Palestine, and the Foundations of a Movement. Themes included here involve abolition (prison, police, etc.), Black radical feminism, and global solidarity. Out of the exploration of this book, and the recent events occurring in occupied Palestine- Sheikh Jarrah, is why The Conflicted Womanist exists.
